Claims Specialist- Muimeleli Rambuda

The service I am getting from your claims specialist Muimeleli Rambuda is really disgusting. I have been sending him countless emails requesting an update on the payout but still no response from him. Today when I received a call from Discovery regarding a quote on my offer to purchase I asked to be transferred to the claims department. I got through to a guy called Justin who checked my profile and found that Muimeleli had not put in any payment request even though I had informed him that I need the payout very soon so I can put it down as deposit. What kind of service is this after I have complained and and asked for an update from him countless times. I thought I would cover myself with Discovery Insure once I get my new vehicle but after this pathetic and disgusting service from someone regarded as your claims specialist I will not be doing that.
