claims process

Worst ***n service i have ever recieved so far!! ive been going up and down with you guys with regards to my vehicle that was fixed i had to run around myself fighting with the people who fixed my car because they did such a ****ed up job i requested to cancel how many times and everytime i get told no mam lets see what we cn do im fed up my vehicle went away again to the useless people who worked on my car only for them to say its not there problem yet nobody from discovery bothered to get back to me i had to call you guys for feedback n then was left on hold for over 12 minutes while the guy went to the person who was dealing with the claim and assisting me! im jst done i had enuf of the up n dwns y the hell can you not just cancel the policy as i requested more than once your service sucks!!!
