Claims handler is trash

Discovery has amazing assessors(thank you Mohammed),the disappointment comes from the claims handlers.Claims handles didn’t update me,**** to me,and inconvenienced me thought the entire prolonged process.They honestly need training and they have terrible attitudes. This is my second time claiming and both cases claims failed the Discovery rating!
