Mpho Mamaregane has been amazing in assisting me with information on claims and have now on 2 separate occasions made sure that i am more than satisfied before he hangs the phone up. He is a real gem and should be looked after. He is a good ambassador for the brand and has a high regard for customer service and customer satisfaction.
