What a pleasant experience with Discovery Insure.

I had my 1st car accident since I got my license (which is 11 Years ago) and what I thought was going to be a nightmare trying to sort everything out and making necessary arrangements to get from A to B, turned out to be anything but.

A huge thank you to Roslin Moodley from the Insure Specialist Claims department for your kind assistance, prompt responses and going the extra mile to sort out my claim as soon possible. You've been so patient with me and all my questions/requests and sorting everything out - from car hire to submitting a 2nd quote to not have my car written off. Also, thank you to the Discovery Insure team who have all been involved in assisting me when needed in a professional and friendly manner.

I now know that should I ever be in this position again that I'm in good hands and I will be taken care of.
