Claims Experience

Tried to submit a claim for a cellphone via the website that would not allow me to go beyond the Item Details page. I then called Discovery Insure and was transferred to Dionne Stevens and we registered the claim telephonically. I mentioned to her that th device was with a contract signed for in 2013 and I have another spare contract phone and the one I am currently using. She mentioned that they would normally have the device replaced but she will speak to her manager. 30 mins later she calls with very good news and advised that they will be paying out the cash, less the excess of course, as the device cannot be replaced. Excellent service for a change from DiscoveryInsure, as I have other issues with them before. THANK YOU DOINNE STEVENS, very polite, understanding and excellent service...claim was processing under an hour.
