I lodged a claim with Discovery Insure and had the absolute pleasure of my claim being attended to by Tatum van Staden from the non motor claims division.

Her service was beyond reproach, she kept me updated and informed all the while my claim was in process. She was always friendly and expedient, with a friendly smile in her voice.

Not once did I feel like I was bothering her when I asked questions on the process or progress.
