Experiencing a motor vehicle accident is not only a traumatic event but can be extremely draining both mentally and physically. The claim process can also be cumbersome and unpleasant. Luckily, in my case I was pleasantly surprised, my claim was handled by Roslin Moodley from the Insure Specialist Claims. Roslin was extremely helpful and professional. She kept me up to date constantly, her voice was calming and I could feel her empathy. I must confess that she was a breath of fresh air. She explained each stage of the process, including when she needed to involve another Specialist for different stages of the claim. She would also inform me that someone else was going to call me so that it didn't come as a surprise to me. Each person that I dealt with was equally professional and pleasant.
