Claims Experience

My vehicle was ****** barely a week before my wife and I were due for a long road trip (planned a year in advance). We were extremely upset (and obviously annoyed too). Despite my frustration that the tracker was jammed and there was nothing Discovery could do, I received outstanding service from Michelle van Zyl from the Insure Specialist Claims. She responded to my calls and emails immediately, was crystal clear in the process and in helping process the claim. If that wasn't enough, her assistance really shone through when the police recovered my vehicle in a road block in Komatipoort. I was prepared to go and fetch the vehicle but the care shown by Michelle for my safety was unparalleled. She organised a flatbed to go fetch the vehicle (so that I did not have to travel all that way) and to ensure that it wasn't a ****. I genuinely felt that she cared for my well being in case there was something fishy and it made me feel confident in Discovery and that I was cared for as a client.
