After my car was a target of attempted theft and my husband had been rushed to hospital, I was not in the mood to struggle with the insurance. And then there was Michelle van Zyl!! She made sure we didn't need counselling after he whole ordeal, sorting out a hire car on the same day, following up via email and calls. Even after the claim was completed, and we weren't happy with the repair, she still assisted with sorting out the issue Even though I called her constantly, she never got frustrated with me and always sorted out my issue Thank you Michelle!!!
