Had excellent service from Michelle van Zyl from the Insure Buildings Claims division of Discovery Insure. It’s obvious that they’re understaffed in that area but Michelle went above and beyond to make sure my claim was sorted timeously and efficiently. Was also extremely friendly and helpful at all times. H
