Claims Eperience

I recently had my house burgled which is not only invasive but stressful to say the least. I contacted Discovery Insure to report the burglary and was lucky enough to be attended to by Michelle Van Zyl from the Insure Claims Department. I was quite frantic as I had just discovered what happened and was on the way to the police station to report the crime. She advised that she can start initiating the claim and that I can secure my property in the meantime.

He advice was sound and she was brilliantly consistent and timoues with her feedback at all times. I provided all the information that was requested by Discovery and my claim was resloved within a week. I expected a long tedious process but Michelle kept to her word in doing her part and kept me updated along the way. She made what was quite a traumatic experience much easier to deal with.

Give that girl pay rise!!!
