Claims discovery insure SUCK, nightmare

My pool started leaking and i registered a claim for them to come have a look. The first guy was quite quick to come out and look and immediately recommended a few options. After this Discovery started dragging their feet on the approvals due to handling claims. The agent im dealing with had an out of office on when she was actually not out of office because when I called someone on the ph said it was on due to them being to busy. What a process? The next issue is the guy came out only a few days later because of the hold up on the approval. He then said he cant fix the paving his going to lift because Discovery must get someone else after he fix the leak. I said I cannot have it like this too long as the kids play in the yard and I dont want them to get hurt. Next thing a new repairer is on the job finds like pool light fitting now damaged and paving messed. The first pool guy says no leak on pipe and he thinks it on the light discovery wont pay i can keep the excess money. I think something is really fishy and im sitting with the ****** here. I just want my pool fixed as I now find other issues
