Claims Department at Discovery Insure SOOOOOO BAD

I had such a bad experience from the Discovery claims department and so is their Manager so unhelpful Nelson, not sure why they say he is a manger because I got zero help from him and his team not well trained. I had to plead to get responses from the people who where handling my claim, never got even 1 update from them. The penal beater did a get job with giving me updates than Discovery. Problem is I am not insured with the penal beater I am insured with Discovery. Please ask Nelson what is he managing there??? Because wow the services there is bad. unfortunately that is the department you need the most when you going through the most but they very unhelpful and they couldn't careless.
