Siphesihle Brain Biyela has been dealing with my claim and I have been super satisfied by the way he has been handling my claim with the constant communication on updates. The only side that is impacting this super customer service is the payment division, who have gone over the 72 hours turn around time. I am however happy with Siphesihle's response and handling of the situation.
