Claims are always such a long and tedious process.
Claim lodged on 18 November. Discovery states consultant will contact within 24 hours. It’s now the 28th of November and no progress has been made. Discovery still has not tried to contact me. Seems to be a constant thing for claims that Discovery insure is far out of their promises timelines and makes the process of claiming just pathetic.
