Claims and Query Responses

The service I received from Peter Rankhathali was very good and I do not have any complaints about that. I do however have a complaint about how Discovery Insure do not respond to queries submitted to them. I have several reference numbers where I have had no response at all. The above claim only proceeded because I called Discovery Insure to query the lack of response from my query a full week before.
