Claims

Very poor service from Discovery insure I processed a claim for my vehicle on the 14th of April 2022 and today is the 10th of May 2022 and my car is still not attended too and there after il have to wait another month for the car to be repaired. Discovery is failing to make a payment from the 4th of May 2022 for the storage of my vehicle to be released to go to the panel beaters. Each consultant I spoke to is very unprofessional and did not assist me all the consultants spoke lies to me and gave me fales resoultion times even my claims consultant Solly Mphela did not even phone or email to keep me updated very unprofessional. I had to keep calling the call center every day and waste over R500 airtime and still couldn't get any assistance from the consultants they just put me on hold and not answer after that. Discovery is very fast to sell the insurance and debt your account on time but when it comes to claims they you run around and waste your time and money. I am very unhappy with the service from Discovery insure and how unprofessional they are. And I will be changing my insurance because this is not how a financial service provider supposed to assist their clients
