Claims administrator Noluthando Kumalo

I logged I claim through my broker the beginning of April. The claim was handed to the Claims administrator Noluthando Kumalo. This was the worst experience I ever had with Discovery. If it was not for my Broker I would cancel my Insurance with discovery. I never ever would want to deal with her at all and I suggest you request someone else to assist you if she has to handle your claim.
