Claims

I have raised a claim in Sept 2020 with Discovery and due to issues with the appointed Contractor and subcontractor in diagnosing the issues and the poor workmanship my bathroom now stands unusable since Oct 2020...I have the matter with the OSTI ombudsman and Marsh (Broker)..unfortunately I am not waiting for 9 months for this matter to be sorted out...delayed tactics from Discovery citing they waiting for a response from OSTI and vice versa.....Mynette and Ernest from Discovery I am really disappointed with your service
