<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>My recent experience with Discovery Insure was very pleasant:</p> <p> </p> <p>Due to the type of policy I have and on inception of the policy I ensured I answer all questions to the best of my ability with honesty.</p> <p>My dad lent my car on Friday 30th January 2017 and a Truck bumped into my dad from behind causing the car to spin on impact.</p> <p>Discovery Insure agents responded within minutes after the car stood still. Leroy and Dinesh from Claims checked whether I am ok and when I mentioned I am not with my car, they immediately contacted my dad to check whether he is ok and both men enquired what they can do to make the situation better.</p> <p>Even tho my dad is not a secondary driver on my policy Leroy and Dinesh went out of their way to ensure that I am calm and my dad will be assist should he need help. Leroy followed up and ensured that I am comfortable with necessary arrangements required for me to process my claim. Leroy took my claim personal which made me feel empowered and knowing that Discovery Insure has my back - I felt a sense of security and warmth, knowing that he has my best interests at heart.</p> <p> </p> <p>During the course of last week I submitted all the necessary documents pertaining to my claims to Lebo Molebogeng and her turnaround time was in creditable. She assessed my claim and processed within 3 days. She displayed high levels of professionalism and explained each step very clear to me ensuing I comprehend the procedures and processes. In addition when my dad was being bul**** by the Truck driver's / owner / manager. Lebo advised me to direct the difficult persons to Discovery Insure Legal department, whereby Discovery Insure will deal with 3rd party claims. That made a huge difference in taking off the pressure. </p> <p>Even tho I need to pay in excess to the panel beaters on receipt of collecting my car once damages are repaired, I don't mind because Discovery Insure is using their resources to ensure that I have no stress with regards to all other expenses. Its time and money Discovery Insure is using to resolve my claim.</p> <p> </p> <p>The panel beaters whom of which Discovery Insure directed me to for the repairs to my car - they too were very helpful and compassionate, whilst maintaining a level of professionalism and saving me costs on lending me a car when I book my car in for repaires. ( Executive Auto - kempton Park).</p> <p> </p> <p>People in general don't like situations or things they do not understand. Insurance companies are not out to rob people, but they are there to offer a service and maintain a relationship with you. If I didn't have Discovery Insure I would have being in a rather very difficult situation. I believe when you treat people with respect and you actually listen to the next person you can achieve the best results - You never stop learning with Listening S****s.</p> <p> </p> <p>Over the last 8 months I went through a lot of personal trauma loosing 3 important loved ones within a 2 month gap and when the accident happened Discovery Insure took control and done what needed to be done at a time when I couldn't even think of a plan of action.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not be a brand Ambassador for Discovery Insure, but due to the fact that I trust Discovery Insure as a client makes me a Brand Ambassador. I know when things go wrong Discovery Insure takes control and makes the burden lighter. .... Its like any relationship - what you put in is waht you'll get out and in reverse.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am grateful knowing that I have people / company somewhere looking after me. I am protected, empowered and informed, because of Discovery Insure. When paying for Insurance the public need to take into account the amount of people it takes to resolve your problem - Its team work to ensure you as a client get the best value for your money. Remember Discovery Insure is on your side at all times even when thing dont look that great.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you once again to Lebo, Leroy and Dinesh.
