Claims

Hi, I am having endless issues with Discovery Insure.

I was in an accident on the 30 Sept and then again 2 months later.

On the first claim, everything was not fixed and now we cannot proceed with the 2nd claim because I need them to do everything all at once! But there are issues. I am dealing with Nhlanhla Msimango for the first claim and Dineo Nicholaina Monguni for the 2nd claim.

1st Claim number: **********

2nd Claim Number: **********

This morning (4 Jan 2017) I sent Nhlanhla the following email.

Nhlanhla,

I think there has been a HUGE misunderstanding on your part through this WHOLE process....

I have attached all the mails relating to what I'm about to say.

When I received the first assessment report you sent me I asked you if all repairs were going to be done - you said yes - I have asked that you pull out the telephone records and I haven't heard anything about that as yet!
Then you called Renew-It and arranged for me to take the car for an assessment and when they called me I told Retha that someone had scratched my vehicle and that I had put in another claim. So we agreed that we will wait until the car goes in again and it will ALL be assessed, however the 2nd assessor was not at Renew-It and he didn't assess the entire car cos it had nothing to do with this claim. So then I asked you what was the feedback from your side for the assessor to reassess my vehicle and you never rep****.
I was dealing with Dineo in the meantime and we couldn't proceed until you sorted this first claim out.

I did mention to you that the damages and scratches on my vehicle could have been caused by the accident on the M1 Highway on 30 Sept....hence we needed a reassessment! I said when the accident occurred the major damage was on the right back side of my vehicle however the car that knocked me also hit someone in front and the front of my car was facing that way and pieces of the other guys car came off. So I don't know how you can say that this was not part of the accident????

I am very unhappy with Discovery Insure at the moment - this is going on for 3 months now and going onto the 4th month - if this is how you conduct business with your customers it's very disheartening because I am paying you a lot of money monthly to be covered and it seems like I am not!!!!

Please get me in touch with someone who can actually assist me!
