<p>i submitted my slips for petrol, transport and toll gate on monday and until today i havent recieved any feedback. every time when i called they tell me that thobile is handling that that she will call but she doesnt call. i can see that she read my emails but she does not come back just to notify me of the staus on my claim.</p>
We truly appreciate it when our clients take time out of their busy days to provide us with some open and honest feedback about our service.
We have escalated the concerns raised with management in our claims division for a resolution.
