My new iphone11pro fell and had to claim a new phone from discovery insurance. My assistent Sam Mazibuko was so efficient and helpful. We sorted out a claim quickly with no excess payments. Sam phoned me to explain all the steps to be taken and I am very pleased with the outcome.
