Claims

I called discovery insurer this morning to claim my ****** phone and my call went to a gentleman by the name of Senkhane Seale who helped extremely well. the service he provided me with was amazing, he was making constant follow up with me throughout the day of today until the claim was approved. It is so amazing how discovery and its staff are so efficient, i submitted a claim today and was approved today as well, I have never experienced such anywhere except for discovery. I wish other companies could learn and do the same to their customers. Discovery is the way.
