I submitted a claim on Monday and was assisted by a vibrant and professional young lady, Thandeka Mncube. She explained the process end to end and stayed in contact from start to finish. She was super fast with getting the service providers to assess the damage and a day thereafter I received a successful report, replacement quotes were received and now im waiting for delivery.
