Claims

My tablet stopped working. So I logged a claim with Discovery Insure and I had to specify some kind of incident according to their web site. This is what happened: I worked on the tablet until the battery died on the Thursday. I charged it overnight. On the Friday it wouldn't turn on. So, going down their list of incidences, I picked power surge as being the most likely. <br> It's been a month worth of investigation and being told I'm lying. Finally they tell me they're not going to entertain the claim (fine) because it was pre-existing water damage (also fine). Further, because I **** to them, they're cancelling my policy (not fine, not fine at all). <br> I told them, multiple times, that I didn't know what the cause was, that it might have had water damage on, that I was guessing about power surge because the tablet just stop working.<br> Despite this BEING IN THE ASSESSORS REPORT, they cancel my whole insurance policy? WHAT UTTER ****!!!!
