Claiming from Discovery Insure is a dream!

I was super impressed with the service received from Discovery Insure when my partner had an accident in my car. I didn't even have to phone them! They phoned me within minutes of the accident taking place to make sure if I was okay, just after my partner had called to tell me about the accident. Since then the whole process has been amazing and seamless without endless forms and phone-calls.

The assessor, Karen, was outstanding and thorough. She met my partner at his convenience to get the details, and answered my myriad of questions, as did the service consultant.

All in all, what would have been an administrative nightmare turned out to be a smooth process.

My car has unfortunately been written off, but I am sure I will be paid out shortly as in just four working days, a settlement was reached. On top of this excellent service, Discovery were kind enough to waive the premium differential (my partner has a higher risk profile than I do and I did not specify him as a secondary driver).
