Claimiing expirience made easy

I had a claim on the 10th of March where my vehicle was written off. Before I could even call and log the claim i received an email from Antonette with my claim number and what was needed. She advised that she will get back to me in 3 days with the assessment report. Within 3 days she came back to me saying she was still waiting (kept her promise of 3 days). Claim was finalised within 7 working days and payout was done with 10 days. This was swift efficient service to say the least. I will b definitely staying with discovery as it's my insurance of choice for great service. Thank you Antonette you are definitely an asset to discovery.
