The service I received from agent logging my claim was simply put ....the best service I've has in a very long time . I spoke to an agent named Dorothy Makhle, who was patient , ask all the right questions for the purpose of my claim, called me back within 5 min of logging the claim, was friendly and sympathetic and making sure the 3rd party provide actually called back to give me feedback. We need more people like Dorothy doing client services , the girl knows her stuff . It's almost as she suffered a loss . Love the speedy and accurate you provided.
