Claim taking longer than 7 weeks

I have been dealing with a lady named Lindsay Lodewick, who is accusatory and rude. My claim has been with your company since the incident on the 19th Dec 2023. To date there have been several assessments, and it has been insinuated that it is not a valid claim due to no visible pothole damages noted. Therefore it is believed to be Mechanical, now your Expert has been writing his report for the last 3 weeks now with no outcome as yet. The validator has requested various documents and proofs and information from me which was sent timeously and requested urgently. And still I await the outcome or your decision. Being told instead that I need to let this process finish, or I can withdraw the claim. I have been without a vehicle for more than month, and now it is becoming an issue as I can't pick up my child from school when necessary. We are financially strained and need to consult our family to facilitate funds should I repair my vehicle myself, thus I need to know what the resolution to this claim to make arrangements to move my car from the place it is currently to the repairs shop where it will be fixed. But I can't do that as I am waitig on this claim to be finalised.

If it is mechanical just get the report and raise your findings. Now I am being targeted and undermined by your personnel which is very unnecessary.

We moved from our previous insurers to Discovery because we have Vitality and other policies with Discovery. But this treatment is quite the opposite from what I have experienced with you so far. And it is really giving me strain and making me want to seek other insurance.

Please can Management put some effort into getting the report finalised and just giving me feedback to carry on with whatever the outcome will be.
