Claim taking forever and no communication

Claim taking forever and the communication is not clear on what is really happening. Had an accident and broke two of my phones and they were collected. At first only one cellphone was recovered and till now I’m not sure what happened to the other one. I was told one phone is irreparable and I’m going to be given a voucher to go to I store and I asked that may I be given a Vodacom voucher because that’s where I buy my phones. I was told they’ll come back to me and I’m still waiting. My first time claiming and I’m not happy with the service I’m receiving.
