Claim Support is NON EXISTENT

We are faced with a life altering situation where we've lost our home for the next few months and pretty much all of my belongings in a fire at our complex. Everything is already stressful enough and Discovery Insure is making the recovery process impossible.

Today is Friday. I've submitted my claim with ALL details and photos on Monday. Since submitting the only correspondence I've received are the emails confirming tgat they have received my claim. NOBODY has contacted me, not even by email to start the process.

This is absolutely ridiculous.
