Claim submitted over a week ago – no feedback

I submitted a burglary claim with Discovery Insure on 15/02/2026 and provided all required documents, including the police case number. It has now been over a week with no feedback or update. I’ve followed up multiple times but still receive no communication or timeline. I’ve lost valuable belongings, and this unacceptable delay is causing serious stress. I expected better from Discovery. I expected urgent action immediately.
