Claim submitted no feedback received for almost a year

My car was involved in accident with your client and we logged a claim in May soon after we where assigned a claim number and case manager. We waited the whole 3months with no feedback I until I called your help line only to be told to re -apply. Then I got a new case manager who did not give me any feedback until I had to call again in September I requested the supervisor i emailed the superior who has not gotten to me till today we are at the beginning of November Discovery I'm still waiting my car is parked 🙃
