Claim still unresolved

I had hail damage twice on my car this year. The second claim is still not sorted since March. I had numerous communications with Discovery insure and their supplier Hailbusters in PMB but to date I have no joy. I have also escalated this complaint to Ravi Jadoonandan Discovery Insure Claims Team Leader, who rep**** once to advise he will look into it but since then I have sent 3 emails and called but have received no reply or response. I am so tired with the poor service from Discovery so I have now decided to complain on your site.<br> <br> Please help!!!
