CLAIM STILL NOT FINALISED FOR PORTABLE POSSESSION SINCE JANUARY 2022

I submitted a portable possession claim on 12 January 2022. it is now 16 March and the claim has still not been finalised. I have been sent from pillar to post. it has become so bad that even the claim consultant ignores emails that are being sent. questions are never answered. This has been a horrible experience. believe it or not, the premium is still being deducted yet the items have not replaced.
