Claim still hasn't been paid !!

Hi.i Logged my claim as I was involved in an accident on 7 June. On 9 June I sent them my case. Up until today, 13 July, I am STILL waiting for my payout. I cannot even look at getting a new car until I get my payout and I am currently on sick leave for a limited time. I am very disappointed at the service of Discovery. I was previously at Outsurance and their service was IMPECCABLE .Only reason I left (which I now regret) was because of cost of my premium. But I get why people will pay a bit more if it means better service.

I have never defaulted in any of my premiums, always pay on time etc. But the service I have received is shocking!!!I AM soooo pressed for time but no one seems to care.

I am definitely going back to Outsurance!!
