Claim still a mess and being ignored
Can someone at Discovery Insure call me about a claim that's basically been ignored since day one.
I've complained on HelloPeter and have been promised by at least 6 different people that the claim will be attended to, this after I had to phone Discovery Insure.
The lack of communication and service is beyond me.

16 Jan 2023, 18:26Still not sorted out. I now have 7 open calls logged over the last 4 months. I’ve had numerous calls and I’ve even been to Discovery Sandton. My devices are installed and still not linked. I’m not earning points either. It’s simply a don’t care attitude from Discovery Insure.
