Claim settlement

As a broker working for Discovery I handle a fair amount of short - term claims.

Generally the service is good. I initiated a claim for myself to replace my inverter which was damaged due to a power surge. My claim was assigned to Marnus Louw in Discovery Building claims. He contacted me and requested details pertaining to the claim which I supp****.

I was very pleasantly surprised by a voice mail from Marnus the next morning to say the claim was approved in full.

This was exceptional service to say the least. It is empowering to know that people like Marnus are working for Discovery Insure and with people like him I know my clients claims will be handled well. Kudos to you Marnus!!
