Claim settled with great efficiency

While on holiday, my wife lost her ring in the lagoon next to the Riviera Hotel in Hartenbos on 28/12/2015.<br> <br> I submitted an Unspecified Portable Possession claim via the Discovery App on my smartphone on 29/12/2015.<br> <br> I received an SMS from Discovery Insure a few minutes later, informing me that my claim would be handled by Motshabi Kotu, with her contact details and a link to the claim details. <br> <br> On 30/12/2015, I received an email from her, informing me to provide proof of ownership and a valuation certificate for the ring.<br> <br> On 31/12/2015 I emailed her that I would provide the docs once I got back home from holiday in early Jan 2016.<br> <br> On 06/01/2016, I emailed her the required documentation.<br> <br> On 07/01/2016, I received an email from her to inform me that the claim was sent for approval.<br> <br> On 08/01/2016, I received a phone call from her to inform me how the claim would be settled, and that I would be emailed a settlement form that I needed to sign and send back.<br> <br> After sending the settlement form back, I was informed that the settlement amount would be paid into my bank account within 48-72 working hours.<br> <br> Motshabi provided excellent service & feedback throughout.
