Claim sent in two months ago no response

<p>I sent in a claim two months ago. To Dineo for an accident I had where a lady drove into me. Luckily for me my car is still drivable . In May she said she required more information. So I got her all the information she requested and took photos of everything plus the outstanding quotation for the repair. Have been emailing her at Discovery since the 5th of July and get no response. Now and again I get a reference no and then nothing happens. As I'm away often I've asked discovery to contact me via email. Still nothing. This is just dreadful service I've been receiving from them. ********** I have all the correspondence to prove the above. </p>
