Claim refused and NOBODY replies!

I was insured with discovery for just over a year. A friend of mine had a MINOR accident in my car. Discovery fumbled around for 2 months and then refused to pay on the grounds that I had a policy Void 5 years ago that I was NOT aware of.<br> <br> The damage to the car was quoted at 360K! for a minor front end.... I Later took the the car to a Audi approved panel beater and received a quote of 210K! <br> <br> YES 150K less! Discovery gets ********** so badly and is so clueless that they have no option but to refuse expensive claims.<br> <br> I was promised IN WRITING a new car but later they changed their minds.<br> <br> I have send a 3 page letter to management with no response!<br> <br> I haven't even been formally told why the claim was refused!<br> <br> The hard truth is the reason they are not paying is because the claim was too expensive!
