Claim refund brilliant

I placed a claim with Razia Sarlie at Discovery Insure in December. What brilliant service and response times she responded with is beyond comparison. I didn't have to follow up once even though it was over the festive period. THe service providers were arranged, reports drawn and this week I received communication of successful claim and payment was effected today. I am positively impressed that we have people of Razia's calibre working in a service role .All service departments and businesses should be operating like her. Thank you Razia and Discovery Insure.
