Claim process speed outstanding

I called Discovery today and asked for guidance and assistance with a lightening damage query.<br> We discussed the query and I then decided that I would print the repair quotes and open a file for the transaction... Having an expectation that I would need to record every bit of information.<br> <br> Before I could finish printing the quotes, Discovery had already confirmed the claim was being processed via sms, and when I returned from the printer I had a phone call confirming that there were papers to sign, and the claim had been authorised and payment would follow...<br> I was completely surprised... no I lie, I was shocked by the very friendly, efficient, fast service that I received.<br> This was less than 3 minutes.... and 1 signature...<br> I had a work colleague of mine observing the process, and he was so impressed that he is busy discussing with my consultant to move his business to Discovery...
