Claim process is not up to scratch

I logged a call with discovery for the loss of my mobile and the whole experience was really not great. The claim agent Nompumelelo Siningwa initially nagged me day and night for the ITC number (Which i was trying to get with no support from her ), She would rudely phone me on a saturday and didnt read or respond to any of my emails. Everytime i called the claim call centre i would be bounced around and told to speak to her. I had to phone the call centre to follow up on progress and after holding forever get transferred to her and she just rudely tells me she is authorising it now. Wow I actually am going to cancel this insurance once claim is settled
