Claim payout

On the 6 December 2014, my vehicle was involved in accident, subsequently the car was written off. On the 13 January 2015, I was sent an e-mail detailing who is going to be paid what. I agreed to the proposed pay out. I'm trying to find out when will be paid, and I 've just been told that the money was paid into the Wesbank account. This despite having e-mailed you proof that the vehicle was paid up. What annoys me even further is that, it has become my problem to be calling Wesbank to refund the money into my account. <br> <br> I would like to believe that one has been very accommodating when it comes to this claim but my patience has been push too far. I would like to request that this matter be resolved because this can't go on forever. It's been more than 2 months now
