Claim of almost 2 months :(

I had a break down in 13 February, logged the ticket with Discovery insurance (***), and my car was towed and taken to the penalbeater (appointed by discovery) the same day. Up until today, I still do not have my car, with no clear indication of when the car will be released to me. I am using a single car with my wife to go to work, and the public transport is not an option. my insurance premium is up to date, but the service that I am getting is very appalling. I personally called the panel beater, but it seems as if there is some pending authorization that is pending from Discovery, when I follow up with Discovery the news is not accurate. The courtesy car that I have is overdue for return, and the consultant said they will not extend anymore. I am not happy with the service that I get at Discovery, please assist
