***.. Claim number. Unfair treatment

I'm trying to find a better way to narrate my concern regarding my experience with discovery insure..

My car war booked in for repairmen and some of the things were not fixed due to oversight and negligence of the service provider i guess..

But i called and emailed the discovery alerting them of the matter. I had to cough out my own money to fix some of the damages. I was later tasked to take my car inn for further assessment with the assessors which they confirmed that indeed i did repair and i need to be reimbursed. I sent through the invoice a month ago and to date i haven't recieved any feedback or payment i suffered. I have been calling and sending mails with ni response.. Perhaps my matter is being is not being taken serious ir they've decided to ignore my plea.
