Claim Number *** - No Feedback going on 4 months now

A discovery client bumped my car in December 12, 2022. Today is March 2nd and I have not received any communication from discovery regarding fixing my car. I have called and left countless msgs for the consultant who is suppose to be helping me Nonkululeko and she doesn't even bother to call me back. I have submitted all required documents and my car went in for assessment. Am I getting bad service because I am a 3rd party? The next thing I will do is go back to the police with my case number and advise that the client doesn't want to fix my car I can not wait almost 4 months for my car to be fixed.
